Breakfast for vegetarians. New-fashioned room with a four poster bed, good offer. Unbeatable location in the great area, short walk to the three nearby supermarket as well as West Yorkshire.

Request a room on the first floor if you have difficulties with stairs, as the lift only services the first level.

Close proximity to Bradford and the surrounding area. Staff were helpful and pleasant
The night we were there there was a Tribute band resulting in the bar area being quite chilly as the doors were opened to allow stage equipment to be brought into the function room concerned and this cold air filtered around into the bar area.

Staff very friendly especially Ian on reception. The room service was brilliant good size good quality and hot!
The rooms are alot smaller thant the picture (wide lense pic) The bed was too small for 2 even though a double. and the radiators were off in the morning so was cold. The hotel is not as lovely as it looks from the outside pics taken from the back "gothic style" is only a small part the rest 60's 70's style block! Dissapointing from the pics.

Room was very well equiped and comfortable.
Restaurant was expensive and a complete shambles. We called it Fawlty Towers with justification. There was no fish and chips available so we just ordered a Panini each. We were questioned "Do you want it white or Brown?" & "Do you want it hot or cold?". As far as I kno there is one type and a Panini has to be served hot. It took 45 minutes to arrive and in between time we were offered 2 other tables' meals as none of the waiting staff knew the table numbers. When it did arrive, we had seen the waiter go out of the restaurant, with the food, go into the bar to offer it to somebody else and then came back and eventually found us.I am just glad we did not have the carvery which was poor.

Room was in the old block and was in serious need of renovation. The kitchen air conditioner was very loud until turned off at 10.15pm..The wifi didnt work anywhere in the hotel. They lost the order of my colleagues meal and when reordered the lamb had to be sent back because it was uncooked. Then at 4am all the televisions in the hotel came on simultaneously and woke everybody up.Dont somehow think I will be back at this place ever again

I found the staff welcoming on check in. The room was a nice size , good condition and modern looking. Breakfast was lovely.
Room was a little cold overnight but a blanket was supplied in the room. I mentioned this on check out and they said they would look into the heating

Location is fantastic. The staff exuded professionalism and friendliness. A particular highlight was the excellent room service, with a lovely handwritten note that added a personal touch. The corridors feel dated, and the dining experience was a bit chaotic during busy times due to insufficient staffing, although the food was tasty and healthy. A comfortable stay with the potential for improvement.
